Welcome to International Human Resource Management
This class will teach students to:
- Evaluate situations encountered while conducting business on a global scale.
- Analyze how management functional roles: planning, organizing, leading, and controlling are impacted in a global business environment.
- Develop the steps necessary to prepare an employee and his/her family for an overseas assignment and their return from such assignment.
