Welcome to Abuse and Neglect in the Family
This class will teach students to:
- Explore the history of family violence and its interventions.
- Analyze research methods and theories of family violence
- Evaluate public policies, laws, ethics and practices related to family violence
- Evaluate preventions and interventions utilized to stop family violence.
- Explore impact of self-awareness, personal feelings and values related to family violence.
