Create a list of your priorities in life. What are the 3-5 things and/or people that are most important to you?
Know your daily/weekly duties - such as assignment due dates and class time. Plug those into a block scheduling template. Be sure to make time for the priorities that you identified.
Know your blocks of free time. What activities/hobbies do you want to include in your week?
Create back-up plans. Build in time that is open in case you veer from your schedule or need more time for an assignment/project.
Set boundaries. Let your loved ones/friends know that you are busy, silence your phone/texts, and spend your block of time doing what you planned to do.
